What kind of sorcery is fractional fundraising?

Don’t fall for this common mistake in your NPO.

I see it all the time. You and your board are passionate about the mission of your organization, but you’re really strapped for cash. You need to get your budget up so you can afford to pay your staff and expand and really make your vision come to life in the community.

But everyone’s like, “Fundraising? How do we do that?”

So you start searching for a development director.

But, unfortunately, every NPO is looking for the same thing, and there aren’t any good ones to be found… at least not in your price range.

So you hire someone in-house. Maybe they have some experience; maybe they don’t. But they’re fresh and they’re new, and they have passion coming out of their ears, so you give them a chance.

And 18 months later, they have nothing to show for all of their grant writing and letter stuffing. And you’re back where you started.

STOP! There’s a better way to introduce a proven strategy using a 10x mindset, and it comes at a smaller price tag than you might expect.

Just hire an expert part-time—a fractional fundraiser. 💡

Sounds too easy?

Don’t get me wrong. It’s not an overnight miracle. It will still take some work on your part. But this new-ish concept is changing the name of the game for shoestring nonprofits, and it just might be the answer to your NPO’s budget woes.

(I wish I had known about this when I was an ED!)

You have questions, I know, so let me just get them all out here for you. 😄
